Searching with the Quick Search Portlet

The Quick Search portlet allows you to quickly find a claim folder that has already been dispatched to a field appraiser.

1. Type in the IA File ID or the Insurance Company’s Claim Reference ID.  (You must enter a minimum of 4 characters in either field.)
2. Click the Search button.  The results screen appears listing all the claim folders that match the criteria.

Note: To clear either the IA File ID,or the Claim Reference ID field, click the Clear button.
